01 · Definitions
Who's who
INQ22, we, us: INQ22 Tattoo Supply, based in Groningen, registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KvK) under number 42036532.
Customer: any natural or legal person who places an order via inq22.com.
Products: the items for professional tattoo studios that we offer through the webshop.
02 · Applicability
When these terms apply
These terms apply to every order placed via inq22.com. By completing checkout, you agree to them. The customer's own purchasing terms do not apply unless we agree to them in writing.
03 · Pricing
Offers and prices
Prices in the webshop are shown excluding VAT by default (the VAT-inclusive price is shown smaller alongside it). Unless stated otherwise, all prices are in euros and exclude shipping costs.
We do our best to display all prices correctly. In the event of an obvious typing error (for example, a 95% discount where 9.5% was intended), we are not obliged to deliver at the incorrect price.
04 · Order
Order and confirmation
An order is final once you receive the order confirmation by email. Haven't received anything after 10 minutes? Check your spam folder or email us.
05 · Payment
Paying
We accept iDEAL, Bancontact, SEPA bank transfer, and the usual credit cards via Mollie. Full payment must be received before we ship.
06 · Delivery
Delivery
See the Shipping & returns page for delivery times, costs, and coverage. Delivery times are an indication, not a firm commitment; delays caused by PostNL are beyond our control.
07 · Withdrawal
Right of withdrawal
Consumer customers have a 14-day cooling-off period after receipt. Hygiene products that have been opened (gloves, disinfectant) are excluded from this right. Details: see Shipping & returns.
08 · Warranty
Warranty and liability
We stand behind the quality of what we supply. In the event of a defect or incorrect delivery: let us know within 48 hours of receipt and we'll fix it (replacement or credit).
Our liability is limited to the amount of the relevant order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
09 · Complaints
Complaints and disputes
Have a complaint? Email info@inq22.com. We'll get back to you within one business day and try to work it out together.
If we can't reach an agreement, you can turn to the European Commission's ODR platform or the competent Dutch court.
10 · Governing law
Governing law
This agreement is governed exclusively by Dutch law. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Noord-Nederland district.
