We ship to addresses in the Netherlands. Orders placed on business days before 16:00 go out the same day. PostNL then typically delivers within 1–2 business days.

Shipping to Belgium and Germany follows later in 2026. Sign up for the newsletter if you'd like a heads-up when it goes live.

Standard shipping costs within the Netherlands: € 6,95 ex VAT. Ordered over € 130,00 ex VAT? Then we don't charge shipping costs.

For faster or insured shipping: contact us before you order; we'll arrange it to fit your needs.

Not satisfied, or grabbed the wrong item after all? You have 14 days after receipt to let us know you want to return the order. After that, you have another 14 days to send the package back.

Conditions: products must be unopened, in their original packaging, and undamaged. Hygiene products (gloves, disinfectant) that have been opened unfortunately cannot be returned.

How it works: email info@inq22.com with your order number. You'll receive a return label and instructions within one business day. Once the package reaches us, you'll get your money back within 5 business days.

Send photos to info@inq22.com within 48 hours of receipt and we'll fix it. No complicated forms. No argument if the damage is our fault: we'll send a replacement or issue a credit right away.
