Cheyenne is the cartridge brand of Berlin based MT.DERM. Its Safety Cartridges have a built-in membrane that stops ink and fluid from flowing back into your machine. The magnum has two straight rows of needles, for filling areas quickly and evenly and for solid shading.
Long Taper: a gradual point that is as gentle on the skin as possible. 0.35mm (#12) gives the most ink flow: the diameter for bold lines, traditional work and fast fills.
