Eliot is Emalla's cartridge line. The curved magnum has a curved needle row: only the centre reaches the deepest, so the edges taper out softly. That gives smooth transitions in shading and larger areas, with less trauma at the edges. The long taper runs out gradually: a finer entry and less trauma to the skin.
0.30mm (bugpin) lays ink finer and a little slower — the diameter for detail, gradual build-up and work where control beats speed.
